Smoked Butts

Did a couple butts today. Shredded em for some company tomorrow. Will have rolls, coleslaw, corn and some applejuice.

Spritzed the pork with a combo of apple juice worcsetershire sauce, rubbed with oinker rub  ;D. Smoked with hickory (6 pucks) @225*


Pulled/shredded 2 foil pans.

NePa...sorry I'm from the "desert" but hell...I'd do half rolls... half tortillas...do some salsa...lotsa cilantro...bathe the other half in bbq sauce...nice on a roll...even better on a tortilla...nice and warm...a little cheese...and major garnish... :)
