Smoker from a wall oven

Hey everybody - a new guy here.

I want to build a new smoker.  Has anybody made one by combining the smoke generator with a recycled electric wall oven?

I can't say that I have seen anybody do it but I did give it some thought a while back.

Cant say that i have heard any one  using a  oven, an old fridge or freezer yes,, I  dont see what it  wouldent  work if you  provided proper ventalation for the smoke to escape...
