Can you smoke a precooked sprial cut ham? I was planning on doing one for Christmas, but my inlaws were gifted a ham and that is what we usually have.

I have never done it, but I don't see any reason why not. I would cold smoke it a couple of day ahead of time, then tightly wrap it in plastic wrap. The prepare it in the oven following  the package instructions.

Or you may want to try Old's T-Shirt Double Smoked Ham

I did a small sliced tavern ham a few weeks ago. Just as Habs suggested. Cold smoked for 1-2 hours then wrapped up for a few days, then cooked. It came out great.

Smokin Soon

I have done spiral sliced hams, but just heat them up in the Bradley while applying the smoke. I think unless it was a dead cold smoke you would risk drying it out.

Exactly, I used a cold smoke setup and the ambient temp was in the 30's. It was great fried for breakfast, not dry at all.
