The meatloaf saved the day yesterday!  I like the idea that SS had with putting some of Ice's sauce in the meat.  So I did that plus mopped it twice in the last hour of cooking with Ice's sauce.  That sauce made a really nice glaze on top.  Tonight, it is meatloaf and mashed potatoes. :D
