On the subject of sealers, I bought some roll bags from Yard and Pool and I noticed that there is a third layer of plastic. Sort of an interior liner.

What is it for ?

It's referred to as a mesh liner. What it does is allow the sir to be sucked out of the bag. The factory bags (more expensive) are textured on the inside of the bag instead of having the mesh liner. I have never found a problem with either ones so I tend to buy the cheaper ones.
