Hello All,,,
    Brand new Digital 6 rack owner here... Just got my new smoker yesterday. Plan on doing the first seasoning tonight! They are so nice and shiny on the inside.. ;D That will change real quick. 

I plan on doing a first smoke this weekend and will proabably start out with some pork or chicken..I'm an avid hunter with a freezer full of venison so I plan on doing alot of sausage and jerky too!

Plenty of good information here. Look forward to becoming a smoke-a-holic...

Welcome, Joe!  Looking forward to hearing about the love affair.  The beauty of this love affair is that no matter the length of time, the love never fades!

Keep us updated with pics, recipes, etc.  There is lots to learn on this site whether it be about smoking, non-smoked foods or just life in general.  It's a great group here and the mottos is always the more, the merrier!

And just look at all the side benefits of the smoke addicton - all that good food and good friends.  Congrats on the 6 rack.  There are times that I wish I splurged and got a 6-racker!  This is a great group here, lots of experience and knowledge with a little (and I emphasize little) wit and wisdom thrown in.  Jump in a wade with the rest of us and enjoy - however, there are a few people you gotta watch out for, but we'll let you have the fun of learning who they are!  The other motto we have is "Where's the Pic?"  If there isn't a pic - it didn't happen! ;D
