Nepa, I would like to do some snack stix from ground, do you thing the stainless tube could be pinched a bit to be more like that jerkey cannon thing?

One of those should  meet your needs, assuming the attachment base fits your grinder.

Also if you look through jaeger's post you will see that he built his own using copper tubing.

Thats what i am doing, just flaten the one end and flare the other.
