I have felt sorry for the Cooking School instructor.  I think she is getting held to a higher standard or just has a larger target on her.

He is being rough on her, Giz.  Seems to me that Lacy is way out of her league as well.  I wondered how bad that one girls ankle was.......I mean, it's not like they train chefs to be special forces soldiers. 

I sure am glad that Lacy and that last guy doing the scallops weren't doing MY scallops........they were awful at it.

Does anyone else think that the stuff these guys and gals have been cooking aren't that difficult, yet they're acting like these are the most difficult dishes they've come into contact with?  Maybe the pressure makes it difficult but the degree of difficulty on these dishes isn't vey high, IMO.
