Frustrated??? ???

I've made good beef ribs in the oven, but I want to smoke them and make them good.

I'm trying the way Smoking Duck did his.  I hope it works.

Well, if you really want to do it my way, I throw up the Duck Dance to the smoking gods right before I place them in the Bradley.  It kind of resembles John Goodman in an epileptic seizure, but it really works..........give it a try and more importantly, have someone take a pic and post it here  ;D
