Chicken 4 ways

Sunday I cooked the following recipe 4 different ways

I used all the chicken parts not just the wings and all recieved 20 minutes of apple smoke.

Finished off in the Bradley Smoker


In the Big easy



In my Primo griil with BBQ Guru temperature control

Conclusions.

I did not put bbq sauce on any so that I could fairly judge the taste.
All were very crispy and moist.
The Bradley, Primo griil and the Bid Easy all looked good as far as color. The stove ones were lighter in color. The Primo looked the best because of the grill marks.
The Bradley one had more of a smoke flavor because they were good in an aged Bradley.
The Big Easy cooked in less then 1/2 a hour.
The primo ones tasted slighty ashy due to the very low temperature that was maintained by the BBQ Guru.

The best were between the Bradley and the Big Easy
