Bradley Customer Service Does It Again!

I know, I know . . . others have extolled the virtues of Bradley's customer service, but this is worth making a note of:  I talked with Cassandra at Bradley on Tuesday morning, and this morning I received my new parts from Bradley.  That's BC to Boston in 2 days!

 hopefully I dont have to get any parts but the service from all
accounts is awesome.hope you get back to smokin soon.
