Heating element fails to work on 4-tray digital Bradley Smoker

Hi ... the heating element in my 4-tray Bradley smoker fails to turn on. The digital controls are working and unit accepts the proper temperature setpoints. The smoke generator is working properly. Any ideas??

I would make sure that the cord from the smoke generator to the tower is plugged in securely. push it in and take it out a few times, it seems that new units can have problems seating the connector.

If that doesn't work give Bradley support a call in the morning.
