Looks great FLBR!  I do find one flaw.  You intentionally, on purpose showed this to your 17YO son?  Have you lost your mind?  I hope you got to look at it for a minute as I suspect it is totally gone by now. ;)

Congrats FL, fine looking smoked salmon!  For whatever it is worth I will chime in late and agree with Kummok, looks like King to me.  I like to smoke Kings, they are fat, large, and easy to handle, they handle smoke well.  I don't like to keep them in the freezer long after smoking but I am guessing that long term storage won't be a problem for you. ;)  Really nice looking end product, sure makes me want to go fishing!
