Hi StJohn and welcome to the forum.

Sorry to hear about the problem your having. Unfortunately I would suspect it is a bad circuit board in the Smoke Generator. I'm assuming your unit is still under warranty. Bradley's customer service is second to none so I would definitely give them a call on Monday morning.

Brian from Bradley keeps an eye on the forum here as well so hopefully he will be along and comment on this as well.

I'm assuming you have tried unplugging the unit and plugging it back in?

Does it continue to cycle with no pucks in it as well? In other words, as long as it's turned on it wants to continuously cycle pucks?

Hi StJohn

From what you describe I think you have a wire off inside the generator.

To open the generator up remove the 8 screws on the bottom that are on the outside edge.
Then stand the generator up-rite and pull the top off it
Once it is opened up look for the small motor, to the right of the motor is a small grey switch that's the one giving you the problem check the connection of that switch

Thank you everyone for the help. Yes the smoker is under warranty as we just bought it today.

Did you try Brians suggestions and how did you make out?
