New Auber PID

I just received my new Auber PID and it worked this weekend perfectly.  Makes me wonder why I put buying it off for so long!!!!!  Easy to hook up and I love the programming that I can do with it.

I got mine last week and have not yet had a chance to use it. I did look at the DVD and it seems pretty easy. What did you use it for...pulled pork? salmon?

Yes,  I smoked 2 pork butts along with 15 brauts and 2 fatties.  I'm getting ready to do a couple of Briskets this weekend and can't wait to get started.  This is getting to be a very addicting and everyone loves the results.  No intervention happening with this addiction. ;D
