Brisket Today

Doing a brisket today at the office to have for lunch this week. Got a 5 lb. flat, should be done later this afternoon.

A little salt, garlic powder and pepper....


The Bradley on the loading dock doing its thing...

That Brisket looks good just setting there. Should move the Bradley to a table in front. The smoke drifting out might make a few more sales if you can keep folks from opening the door and taking a peek at what smells so good!

You might have to put a Mosler Lock on the front door if you do move it, but I think 10.5 has a plan there.   :)
