Looks good Ram Jam.

Is that the Master Built Smoker?

Is that a window in the door?

I was looking at one b4 I got my Bradley. It was a tough choice.

And the money shot on the butts!
Aren't the four basic food groups beef, beer, bacon, and baked potatoes?

Yes OU it is a Masterbuilt 40" Stainless with the window in the door.

My dad has had the smaller Masterbuilt (about the size of the Bradley) for about a year. When I started looking I was leaning heavily toward the Bradley until I saw this one. I think it was the size more than anything that I like. Window is a non-issue and will be a PITA to keep clean. I was very pleased with the performance from the first two smokes. It is a nice box with an 800 watt element - I might mod it to use the Bradley Smoke Generator.

Yes sir you may - but I cannot guarantee there will be any left when you get here. You might just have to stick around and teach me a thing or two for my next attempt. I appreciate the compliment, especially coming from a verteran like yourself. I am simply a good student and I look forward to learning a lot more from you and the others on this forum.

Ya'll rock!  8)
