This is my first fatty. I used ground pork, spiced it, inserted 2 boilded eggs, sauerkraut, and a layer of Dijon mustard and of course wrapped in bacon.


This is my fatty exposed.


The taste was even better than it looks!

Lookin good! Your first fatty always gets the mind spinning about the next one. Think of your favorite flavor of sausage or brat, and mix it in with the pork, they just keep getting better!
