Sausage Maker

I actually went into the city yesterday and went to the Sausage Maker for the first time. Its in a old run down food terminal and doesnt look like much from the outside but its like a candy store inside. They have all the equiptment  cures and spices you could need smokers,dehydrators, stuffers, food sealers etc... Their prices are much better than in the catalog and you can even buy scratch and dents. I think I will have to find excuses to head into Buffalo more often. If you are in the neighborhood take the time to check it out.
