Mr. Wizard

Hi Everyone,

I'm kind of a Mr. Wizard kind of guy with a machine shop and a fab shop and really like helping others. I've smoked a bit in the past with less than good results and hope to improve that with help from the folks here. My next project is for some dry aged beef... I've helped Scott (Smokeitall) build a PLC controlled automagic smoker and a few other things for him. I design and build CNC and Automation equipment for a living... If you need help with a automatic smoker I'm your go to guy... I also do Beer and Wine and Grilling...

Ohhh man! You and I will get along real well! Although I don't make a living at it I love to play. ;)

When John was helping me build my PLC controlled smoker and installing the circulation fan I showed him the pictures of Mr. Walleyes garage setup. Its kind of a bench mark of what my garage will look like someday.
