After much research, questions, ets..I picked up the OBS last nt!!!
Least to say very excited to try it out!
I am going to take it up to the cottage this wknd and make good use of it.

Thinking of doing some chicken and also fish.  Where can I get some good ideas for recipes, etc.

I picked up to boxes of wafers at can tire here...20 bucks for 48 or something like that.
Where is a good place to order from in the future?

May be interested in a pid if worth it down the road, but excited to have a go with it as is.

Thanks to all who helped answer my questions.
Have a great wknd

Welcome to the forum Canada.  Don't forget to season your new toy, I mean tool.

I am doing two chickens this weekend, they are one of the easiest imo.  Take a look at the best recipe site ever created:

Here's a good place to start.  I'd recommend a PID.
