Seasoned it up last nt as I was filleting fish from the lake.

As the yard work goes on tonight I am going to smoke up some trout, also thinking of heading to the groc store to grab some ribs for later this week.  What is better beef or pork?  I grabbed a recipe for them from here, so will prob rub them down tonight.

The smoke was beautiful pouring out of that sweet black machine last night.
Can hardly wait to put to the test tonight.

Have a great day!

Heck if your going to the store why don't you pick up some of each and see what you think is better beef or pork.

Let us no how they turn out.

How do you post pics??

The fish was/is top shelf!!  Some N pike and lake trout.
Just did small rack of ribs as well...was tight for room, but they were great.  My fiance makes great bbq ribs, and she gave them a 100 out of 10!!

Planning to do some more this weekend at the lake.
