Miss my BDS

I've been away from home for several weeks.

Thanks to you guys and gals, I've at least been able to drool over some pictures.
The biggest thing I miss (other than Canadian beer ) is my BDS. I went to Walmart (what is it with that store, everytime I go in I have to have a dump ;D) and bought a cheap propane smoker.

Let me tell you, other than having to change the chip pot every 1/2 hour, this thing did a great job.
It was heated up to 275 in 10 minutes and the ABT's I made where crispy in 1 hour. I feel like I've been cheating on my BDS.

When I get home I will have to give her lots attention and keep her busy smoking. I've already got a list of treats that I will smoke. :)
