bs on at 150 or so for an hour with sides in. crank up to 200 then go about 2 hours of smoke for your sides, then take it to 142 turn bs off, let sit in there for an hour. 140 for sides put you in the safe zone . to much fat to take up to 150, hell try it, take one for the team. LOL [:D]
