Placing info at the bottom of threads

Can someone please tell me how I can place a small picture at the bottom of my info when I post a remark. Like if I put a small pic of FAQ's and when you click on it, it will take you to the website. Some members have something like this. Others have random info at the bottom. Any help will be greatly appreciated as alsway.

Under signature, this is what I have: ( I have replaced the "[" and "]" with "{" and "}" so that it will show up as text.

When I go to photbucket, do i need to change the size of the pic so that it fits at the bottom. Sorry for the dumb ?s.   At work and dont have to do it here, but would like info so i can do it when i get home. thanks in advance.

The pic needs to be small - mine is 160 x 120

Ugh. I cant get it to work  >:(. Got a break to try it and for some reason i cant do it. I tried changing the [ to { but nothing. I was able to post a pic at the bottom but when i clicked on it, it takes me to photobucket. Im definetely doing something wrong or not understanding the instructions. What could i be doing wrong. thanks

It's all one tag:

The tag is URL, and it has an IMG tag inside it.
