All set to do my first ribs on Brad today. I have smoking ribs for years on my old smokers.

The kids went to thier dads last night for dinny.

I just find out, what did they have for dinny??

Oh well, mine will have to wait.

they did tell me that my ribs are WAY better then thier dads though!!

that helps LOL

I need to smoke something today though. So I have some back up wings to smoke!!!!
