HELP! Pork Spare Ribs

Alright, lets start by saying Im a newbie to smoking.  Ive been a grill guy for years and have been venturing into smoked food.  Im on my second smoke and I need some help with some pork spare ribs.  I really need a simple recipe if you could, again, cause Im new.  Thanks so much!!

Make sure you keep the vent on your smoker always open a little. Closing it can cause problems for your smoke generator, and other non-appetizing issues....

Like FLB said either one of those two links will get you some great tasting ribs

Welcome to the forum Hoke. The guys have given lots of good advice. I've been using the 10.5 tutorial for ribs with great results. And I'm planning on trying the one from FLB. There's a lot of people with great advice here.
