Mr. has always grilled our stuffed jalapenos, but we finally went for it and smoked some.
Here they are ready to go in the smoker:

And here they are after two hours of mesquite smoke:

We combined a package of cream cheese, some turkey chorizo, and a little shredded smoked pepper jack cheese.  We filled the jalapenos and wrapped bacon around them.
Mighty tasty!

Those look mighty tasty. I was going to try grilling some yesterday, but it's so easy to do in the Bradley I changed my mind and used the smoker instead. Kind of set it and forget it.

Yes to both of you!
Set them and forget them, and easy to fix them to go with ANYTHING.

Was 2 hours of smoke too much? I normally only do 1 hr smoke the rest of the time just heat, those look great.  :)

ABT's are the perfect way to use up some of the leftover meat you have in the fridge, just have to have cream cheese on hand.

I have ben using the low fat lately, starting to get the 12 pack abs

mikecorn.1

So there are 6 pack abs, 12 pack abs, and a 1 pack ab.  ;D

I wish they would hurry up and make SMELL -A - Computers ( like the talk about smellavisions) so at least we can smell them ABTs instead of only looking at them.
