Nepas,
You should buy an entire pig and have it cut exactly how you want it.
Maybe you have done this before.
I bought one last year and it was about $1.40 a pound including cut and wrap.

Nepas,
I hear ya! :D
My daughter has about 30 old cottage cheese containers with bugs she caught for her 4H project in my freezer and I'm pushing her to get them pinned so I can have more freezer room.
I need the room, too :D
