And boy, did I bite my tongue typing that title![;)]

I have looked into, and John has confirmed, that it's a major project to ban a particular IP addy within the confines of this particular forum software. It can supposedly be done, but requires programming skills that neither of us possess or have access to.

I know it's getting old, but until it becomes a larger problem, the solution is simply going to be me nuking the posts. I usually come here once a day, so they should not last any longer than that. If you see one, send me an email & I will take care of it sooner.

In the meantime, please enjoy the fact that I have made the word "i am an idiot" be replaced with "I am an idiot".[:D][}:)][:D]

EDIT: Ooops, the filter even works on me![:0] The word I  have replaced "I am an idiot" with is n-o-s-m-o-q. So, if you're ever in need of that phrase, here's your 6-character shortcut.[:D]

I just spent an hour reading and you are correct it will take someone with a little knowledge---errr make that a fair amount of knowledge to add the IP hack to Snitz forms. Also it looks like it would only work on the newest version.  There are also hacks out there that will stop someone who is going through an open proxie. However, it works only on some types of d-bases.

I don't know what you all are going to do if this becomes a real problem. Like the world figures out you can't stop them.
