Never made a Fatty before so I thought I'd try one tonight.

I used:
1lb 90/10 burger
1lb Italian Sausage
1/2lb Pepperoni
1/2lb Mozzarella
and then wrapped the whole thing with Prosciutto.

I used a little Italian Seasoning, Onion and Garlic Powedr to season the Sausage/Burger mixture and then sprinkled Pizza Seasoning on the outside.
This turned out great! Prosciutto got a little dry but I kinda like it.

I put in smoker for around 3 hours @ 225 with about 1.75hours of smoke.

A wise man once said nothing.

What kind of smoke did you use? What did the internal temp get to?

ArnieM

I've never heard of it before but it sure looks good; beats grandma's meatloaf.

I'm with WD56 on the questions.

You won't find this kind of fare on "30 Minute Meals".  ;D ;D

Where there's smoke, there's food.

Arnie I did find out that they took the internal temp to 180. As far as smoke I am guessing mesquite?
