I tried to cut a piece out of a couple this afternoon to save it for myself, but my wife warned me that they were all counted and MEASURED.

GIzmo, I would be very interested in the outcome of your cheese cake. My wife is addicted to that.

Here are a couple pictures of the Strawberry Habanero Cheese cake.  Turned out great but may be a bit hot for some.  Goes great with the Merlot Rose from South Coast Winery.

Strawberry puree did set up nicely.



But the proof was in the tasting.  :P

Graham cracker crust (butter and graham crakers) and you save 1/4 cup of the mixture to sprinkle on top.  The 1/4 cup ended up covering the entire surface so it did make a crust.
