ROASTED OYSTERS IN THE BIG EASY

I saw where some of you have THE BIG EASY so I am posting this.
Went oyster raking this morning and here is my share. Just an experiment

Man they are good.
Ok big party tonight.  I think I can get about 30 in at a time.

I haven't been to an oyster roast since I lived in Charleston.

I know you miss them.  Tonight is just my wife and I so do a small roast in TBE and the oyster roast pit.

SS, question have you ever adjusted the p setting on your Traeger?

Although I only eat oysters fresh but yours look so good.

Raw, roasted, smoked... I would eat them here or there, I would eat them anywhere!

classicrockgriller yes I have adjusted the p setting and mine is on 2 right now.

Yes the three controllers I have used all come with the P setting at 2.  I went from 1 to 5 and two works best with this weather.  In winter I install my modified augue and set the p setting to 3

Well you and I probably have about the same type weather so I will leave mine alone. Thanks for info.
