Just wanted to say hi,

Just bought my first Bradley, a 4 rack digital.  I did chicken and turkey my first round and I am hooked!

Hi there cutcocrete and welcome to the addiction. The good news, there is no cure.

In all seriousness, this is the best place to seek help in this field with the nicest buch of people to assist and guide in your struggle for the best smoked anything.

Welcome CC. You are now part of this underground subculture of smokers. I'm a newbie too and I can not believe how fast I fell into the smokepit. It's smoking right now....as I type...Dinasore Ribs.

Welcome, one tip. Keep the vent 1/2 to full open.

cutconcrete, Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum cutconcrete - love the name, in construction myself and can only guess the origin.  As others have said, there is no cure for the addiction - but the good thing is that there is no reason to be cured!

Welcome to the fun of smoking cutconcrete.

I'm in the concrete trades my self.

Welcome to the forum cutconcrete.  I'm also in CT.

One point of possible confusion.  You're likely to see a lot of references to CT.  That will usually refer to Carolina Treet sauce, not Connecticut  ;)

Enjoy.  It's a lot of fun.
