Hi.   I'm new here but not new to the Bradley smoker.    Have had the original for several years.    Today I bought a new 6 tray digital and have been playing with it.   Seasoned it. Have plans to use it soon.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sure you'll get some good use out of your 6 rack. I've been putting mine to the grindstone lately!

Welcome to the fun

I also have the DBS and use it every weekend, not much time during the week.

Welcome to the forum RAF.  I'm still struggling with my old 4 rack OBS.  I've had it about two months now.   ;D  I'm sure you'll enjoy your new six rack unit.

I'm also a new member, the folks here are great. I've learned a lot in less then a week.

1) Do not be afraid to ask questions.
2) Keep the vent 1/2 to full open.
3) Preheat the puck burner like you do the tower.
4) Check out the recipe site for recipes and Bradley FAQ's.
5) Have fun and enjoy!  :)
