That sounds awful good!  I've been wanting to smoke a standing rib roast, but just haven't gotten around to it...
I've had good smoked prime rib, and it's flat out amazing...

Just saw CS said he didn't have good luck with it...
Gotta be the quality of the beef, or a time/temp issue...

Where did you get your beef, Pachanga?
