Hello from the Tarhill coast

Just purchased my original Bradley Smoker. I am not new to smoking, being a country boy I've always used wood and sometimes charcoal in a pinch, but I'm a green pea at this electric smoking. the ideas and wealth of information presented here is appreciated and enjoyed.

Well, its actually the Tarheel coast and it runs from around Hampton Roads in the North to Little River to the south. I am located near Carolina Beach.
