Would it make any difference if I told you the little bank I work for has season tickets in Rupp Arena?  Some friends of mine are HUGE insane 'Cats fans.  I asked if they wanted to go see the Cats play. They could only go on a weekend.  I inquire about available tickets.  I couldn't get them SEC tickets.  The only weekend tickets I could get them was the NORTH CAROLINA game!!!!!

BTW, did you find the tickets to the TN vs KY game I tucked away in the Traeger?  STC asked me to compensate you and that's all I could think of.  I may have failed to mention where the tickets were.  Sorry. ;)

Ok, I got the FULL body scan thing, but the Scott's and the remaining bag of UTZ Crab chips made it through security unscathed..    Unless they were munching on my chips (and bags of Goldfish) while I was stuck in the 'box'.   :D


So I have some time to kill today...    What should I try first with the Scott's?   Just use it as a marinade before smoking/grilling?

As for the Scott's I'm going to yield to NePaS on what you should do first.  I did ribs but I'm thinking that stuff would really turn up some chicken.

Shake the Scotts up good and inject a butt, rub it down real good and wrap tight in clear wrap overnight in the fridge. Then smoke that butt in your pooper  :D  Try not to put the butt in your house oven, with your pooper you wont have to do that. Boating is up to you but i rarely do that.

Thanks Nepas.  I'll give it a whirl.   Hal is bringing LilT down tomorrow morning, but I won't have time to even mess with it until Sunday.   Then it'll just be some simple grilling.
