Smoked sausages and au gratin potatoes

Well, I didn't have to clean up the kitchen so, I made some of Rick's smoked sausage and made homemade au gratin potatoes.  It's a very easy receipt.  ;D.  I topped it off with a little extra cheddar cheese.  I guess we can sorta combine our receipts together at times. ;D

Looks great. I make stuff like that quite a bit but I always cheat and use boxed potatoes.  :)
Sometimes I use sausage or pork chops or ham. Its all good. I'm sure the homemade potatoes make a big difference.  :)
