What size casing?

Well after tearing and trying it I got it to work and made about two lbs of 17mm snack sticks.  I extended the casing and then bunched it up on the tube and it worked pretty well.  They came out really good!  The KA came through for me.  I guess I dont know any better! LOL

Does anyone think this item would fit on my KA and maybe work?

depends on the flange size most 5lb stuffers use 1-1/2 inch flange and KA uses 2-3/16 and the opening in the KA collar is larger then the flange on the Stuffer tube so my best guess is NO.

I think you can get a 12" s/s stuffer tube with 2-1/8 flange from scott's place should probably work, might be hard on the KA???
