It would be just as good as Ravioli.
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

OS, if I recall the tortellini is made by cutting out a circle, then the filling goes one on side, it is folded over - to make like a half-moon, and then "pinched" or crimped in the middle to give it that "pushed up" look.

That is correct
I found a video on u tube showing how to do it
As luck would have it, we are out of flour
Maybe I will pick some up today and give this a shot
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?
