You Betcha Young Man,

After being de-throned I'm ready to get back into it.  But however, my little butt is getting it's brains beat out at work.  I'm a couple weeks away (in my estimation) of having some free time.  I'm missing it bad, almost picked up a loin last evening.  Wanting some of that them there Jalepeno-already dreaming about the changing the recipe.  Also I owe some bacon[:p] to someone[:D].

I have already thought of the documenting the process.  Speaking of doing that, there is this guys web site I found that does it.  If I was ever able to do my own web site I don't know if I want to do it like him but he does do a good basic job.
