Just put in [email protected]# boneless pork shoulders & what ended up being 2@9x13 pans of beans. I grossly overestimated how much the pan would hold for the beans & ended up w/ 2 pans each 1/2 full ;)

Had an initial panic attack when I discovered the advance button isn't working (this is my 2nd smoke). Settled down when squirt told me that the OBS will still automatically advance the pucks (it is).

I found a 7.5# butt on clearance today for $1.18/#...WooHoo! I'll do that up in a few days.
