Hard Boild Eggs

The last time I made Venison Jerky when I started the smoke I put in 12 Hard boiled egg's for 1HR with Hickory smoke. They came out real Good never had smoked egg

Sounds good, bet they would be great pickled.

I see your pickled eggs have some peppers in it.   Do they do much for the flavor of the eggs?   I made a couple of batches a while back and put some hot pepper flakes in the brine and didn't seem to do anything for mine.   Or are you just pickling them to eat out of the jar?

They give it a little kick. The peppers and onions are also smoked and I leave the eggs in the jar for at least 30 days.

Are the eggs smoked with their shells on or off?

They are smoked with the shells off. I usually smoke them for 1-2 hours depending on how cold it is outside.
