10.5 asked me to try one of the samples he received for his newsletter.
I made this this weekend.

Seemore called me on the phone and said he only had three words for me on the taste of his brisket. Oh My God!!! Something about he tried it at night and woke up the next morning craving some more. Guess it is time to thaw out a Boston Butt. They have an injection for them as well that is going to be tested.

Nice job on the brisket seemore  :D  Seems like there's always something new to try and/or learn.  Looking forward to the article.
