Hi from Alberta.

Have been lurking on the site for the past 3-4 weeks. Finally pulled the pin on 6 Rack DBS today. Looked at many other products and, always ended up back at the Bradley web sight. I must confess there has been some nights where I was up way to late reading the forums. What an awesome sight, the pictures are great. I know nothing about smoking other than what I have been reading here the past month. Been making ground beef jerky with dehydrator. Looking forward to getting started soon. First thing tomorrow, season the new smoker & register the warranty.

Hi Everyone, thanks for the welcome. Glad to be member of the forum

Smoker is now seasoned & had no problems, everything worked as it should. Had to tweak the door

slightly for better fit, all ok. Going to do some spare ribs this weekend following these instructions in meat section of the forum.

"How To Make Ribs in a Bradley Pictorial"

This forum is  awesome, what great resource of information.

Hopefully I'll figure out how to post some pictures.
