Hi gang!  Now that I've got room to build a brick and mortar one, does anyone have plans?  Ideas?

A nice brick smokehouse would be cool for the bigggggggggggggg que's (if I ever have one!)

Website links would be great too.

Thanks

Fuzzy,
Just remember to check with Kirk about the depth allowances on the smoke generator and coupler.  I touched on this about a year ago on the smoke gen topic somewhere.  If the bricks are too thick, think about putting in a few skinnier ones or using a metal plate in the design so you can use your existing smoke gen, or get a new fancy stainless one with the collar.  Just cause you'll have a kick-ass smoker is no reason to go back to wood chunks and abandon your Bradley knowledge...
