There was a show on the Food Network last night about TV chef's best things to eat deep fried

Deep fried bacon baby !

Strips of lovely pork, dipped in tempura batter and deep fried

I have an itch I think I am going to have scratch
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?
