Had some leftover chicken so made a quick chicken salad with smoke cheddar(smoked 2/15) on bonillo roll.  Looks pinkish because of the hotsauce mayo I made.  (BTW need I say the smoked cheddar was awesome!)

Sammie looks pretty good. Although my interest was peeked with this Hot Sauce Mayo thing you speak of!! Was this something you shot from the hip with or is there some sort of recipe that goes along with it?

I'd down that!

Nothing like a good ole smoked chicken salad sammie, with smoked cheese and a splash of hot sauce.
