Sticks Again

Got 5 pounds all mixed. These are cajun. Got 2.5 pounds in my 6 rack and the other 2.5 in my MAK.

Cajun all mixed.

My 10 cent sausage pricker tool ;D This lets the air out of the end of the casing.

Hanging in the 6 rack with chunks of hickory on the burner.

Got the sticks done, cooled and bloomed. Going in fridge for.....well prob not long cuz i cant wait :D
